Hi, Im Stephanie Comer,the CEO of Glossy Byrd Management. I started GBM in 2005 to help small minority businesses scale up to a corporate brand through creative and effective strategies that increases revenue, minimize excessive profit loss, organize current business structure and mentorship.
Our company takes your dreams and give strategic and practical avenues to make them come to reality. GBM loves and represents many communities including those with limitations. As the owner , who suffers with limitations, I personally strive to remove those that society create and redefine what normal looks like in small businesses, regardless to age sex, gender, or disability status.

GBM has over 20 years of experience driving multi-tier businesses to higher levels of success. Stephanie graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Communications and her Masters of Business Administration from Western Governers University. GBM's team has experience working with school districts on public administration matters, coaching ministerial leadership teams, elected officials and public relations, personal and corporal health care management and advocacy concerns, policy & procedure creation and Human Resource Audits.
We have taken our collective experiences and helped our clients increase their revenue by 1 Million Dollars. We are currently working with large for profit and non-profit organizations to help increase their revenue during a pandemic!
